AI agents for real workflow automation

Connect AI to the systems where work happens—without giving an unpredictable model unlimited authority.

01 THE DEPLOYMENT

Engineer the whole operating system around the model.

Sosteco builds tool-connected AI agents around bounded operational jobs. Each deployment defines what the agent can read, what it can propose, what requires approval and how every important action is logged and evaluated.

02 OUTCOMES

What the engagement is built to change.

01

Less repetitive coordination

Collect context, draft updates, route cases and prepare system actions across the tools your team already uses.

02

Permissioned execution

Limit tools, records and actions by identity, workflow state and risk, with approval before consequential changes.

03

Auditable performance

Trace inputs, tool calls, decisions and outcomes so failures can be reviewed and the workflow can improve.

03 ENGINEERING SCOPE

From constraints to an operable deployment.

  • Workflow mapping and selection of the first bounded agent use case
  • ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, ticketing, email, document and API integration
  • Tool contracts, identity propagation and least-privilege permissions
  • Human-in-the-loop review, escalation and exception handling
  • Agent evaluation, tracing, observability and production support

04 DELIVERY PATH

Evidence before scale.

01

Map

Document the current workflow, decisions, systems, exceptions and measurable baseline.

02

Constrain

Define tools, permissions, approval gates and conditions where the agent must stop.

03

Pilot

Run representative cases in a controlled environment and measure correctness and time saved.

04

Release

Deploy gradually with tracing, review queues, rollback paths and operational ownership.

05 PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before the first technical decision.

What makes an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot primarily exchanges messages. An agent can use defined tools to retrieve records, call APIs, prepare changes or advance a workflow under explicit permissions and controls.

Can an agent connect to our existing ERP or MES?

Usually, if the system provides an API, database view, message interface or supported automation layer. We assess integration risk and avoid fragile screen automation when a controlled interface is available.

How do you prevent an agent from taking the wrong action?

We combine least-privilege tools, validation rules, approval gates, deterministic checks, test cases, monitoring and clear stop conditions. High-impact actions stay under human control.

07 START WITH THE CONSTRAINT

Bring us the real workflow.

We'll define the smallest deployment that can prove technical feasibility and operational value.
