Is a forward-deployed engineer a consultant or a contractor?
The role is delivery-oriented: an engineer embeds with your team to build and operate a defined outcome. The engagement can support internal engineers, product teams or operational owners without replacing their authority.
Does the engineer need to be on-site?
Not always. We choose on-site, hybrid or closely embedded remote work according to the systems, users, security boundaries and speed of feedback required.
What happens after the pilot?
A successful pilot moves into integration, controls, monitoring and ownership. If evidence does not support scaling, we document the result and stop before unnecessary platform investment.
